1977年千葉県生まれ。同志社大学法学部卒業後、洗足学園音楽大学附属指揮研究所で研鑽を積む。2011年ニコライ・バセーリビッチ賞、2014年第5回ICW国際指揮コンクール最優秀指揮者を受賞。2012年から2015年まで神奈川フィルハーモニー管弦楽団副指揮者を務め、2015年にはNHK交響楽団にて首席指揮者パーヴォ・ヤルヴィのアシスタントを務めた。

　2021年には日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団第364回横浜定期演奏会に首席指揮者ピエタリ・インキネンの代役として登壇。翌2022年には同楽団の「日本フィル in Kyushu 2022」九州公演ツアーを指揮した。同年、東京交響楽団でチャイコフスキー《ピアノ協奏曲第1番》とドヴォルザーク《交響曲第9番「新世界より」》を指揮。2024年には札幌交響楽団でシューマン《ピアノ協奏曲》、ストラヴィンスキー《プルチネルラ》組曲などを指揮している。このほか、新日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団、山形交響楽団、名古屋フィルハーモニー交響楽団、オーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢、九州交響楽団などに客演を重ねている。

　クラシックの主要レパートリーを活動の軸とする一方、「ディズニー・オン・クラシック」では三度にわたり全国ツアーの客演指揮を務めるなど、舞台芸術や幅広いプロジェクトにも取り組む。2024年には洗足学園創立100周年記念公演・祝祭音楽劇《MATEKI》の指揮・音楽監修を担当。2026年にはフェスタ サマーミューザ KAWASAKI「華麗なるバレエとオーケストラの輝き」を指揮。さらに貞松・浜田バレエ団《バレエ・ドラゴンクエスト》を指揮するなど、シンフォニー、オペラ、バレエを横断した活動を展開している。2024年より洗足学園音楽大学非常勤講師。

 Daisuke Nagamine was born in Chiba, Japan, in 1977. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Doshisha University, he studied conducting at the Conducting Institute affiliated with Senzoku Gakuen College of Music. He received the Mykola Sukach Award in 2011 and was selected as Most Outstanding Conductor at the 5th ICW International Conductors Competition in 2014. From 2012 to 2015, he served as Assistant Conductor of the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2015, he served as assistant to Paavo Järvi, Chief Conductor of the NHK Symphony Orchestra.

 In 2021, Nagamine stepped in for Chief Conductor Pietari Inkinen at the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra’s 364th Yokohama Subscription Concert. The following year, he conducted the orchestra’s Japan Philharmonic in Kyushu 2022 tour. Also in 2022, he conducted the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra in Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9, “From the New World.” In 2024, he conducted the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra in works including Schumann’s Piano Concerto and Stravinsky’s Pulcinella Suite. He has also appeared as guest conductor with the New Japan Philharmonic, Yamagata Symphony Orchestra, Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Kyushu Symphony Orchestra, and other professional orchestras in Japan and abroad.

 While the core classical repertoire remains central to his work, Nagamine has also undertaken a wide range of stage productions and other projects. He has guest-conducted three nationwide tours of Disney on Classic. In 2024, he conducted and served as music supervisor for MATEKI, a celebratory music-theatre production marking the centenary of Senzoku Gakuen. In 2026, he conducted The Splendor of Ballet and Orchestra at FESTA SUMMER MUZA KAWASAKI, as well as Ballet Dragon Quest with the Sadamatsu-Hamada Ballet Company. His activities span symphonic music, opera, and ballet. Since 2024, he has served as an adjunct lecturer at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music.
